Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Talent Attraction, Development & Awards on a contract basis in Singapore. You will support employer branding, content creation and digital campaigns to attract top talent.

Join a collaborative team to craft engaging materials, coordinate events and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging across channels. On-site role with no WFH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in employer branding, talent attraction, marketing or digital campaigns is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employer branding initiatives end-to-end.
• Create engaging employer branding collaterals (brochures, videos, event visuals).
• Manage digital campaigns across social media and career portals.
• Create and coordinate timely content aligned with the brand identity.
• Coordinate messaging across internal channels with stakeholders.
• Assist in career talks, outreach programmes and engagement events.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Provide administrative support for talent attraction initiatives.
