Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU in Singapore is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers and lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for engineering and corporate roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.

You will navigate Singapore's employment regulations, manage work passes, and contribute to employer branding to attract world-class professionals in a fast-growing EPC/engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building teams and growing with the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from job postings, sourcing, and phone screening, to interview coordination, offer negotiations, and contract preparation.
• Work closely with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic talent insights.
• Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance with Singapore's statutory and employment regulations.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Hanwha as an employer of choice in Singapore
