About the role
Join RGP Consultancy as a Talent Acquisition specialist based in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our consultancy firm. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will use your exceptional recruitment expertise to identify, attract and secure the best candidates for various roles across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure the right fit for our organisation
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Conduct thorough background and reference checks on prospective hires
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes
Maintain and enhance our applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment activities
What we're looking for
Diploma or Degree in HR, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment and selection techniques
Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technology
Passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate experience
Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet recruitment objectives
