We provide comprehensive talent representation and are now looking to grow our top-notch team of talent agents.As a Talent Agent for Actors in a remote role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the talent roster, facilitating casting opportunities, and negotiating contracts. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining excellent communication with clients, negotiating deals, and driving sales efforts to secure roles for actors.Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals. You will negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and protecting their interests. Additionally, you will identify and pitch suitable talent for various roles, leveraging a keen eye for matching actors to opportunities. Staying updated on industry trends and upcoming projects to proactively source opportunities for clients is also essential.Qualifications for this role include proven experience in talent management, casting, or a related field in the entertainment industry. A strong network within the Mumbai film and television industry is required. Excellent negotiation skills and familiarity with contractual clauses as they apply to talent representation are essential. Strong communication and client service skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely are necessary. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, with additional languages like Marathi or Gujarati considered a plus. A passion for discovering and nurturing talent is highly valued.The compensation for this role includes a competitive salary range, with flexibility based on experience and network.,
