You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates from various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals. Conducting thorough resume screenings and preliminary interviews to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural compatibility will also be part of your duties.In addition, you will be tasked with coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining transparent communication throughout the recruitment process. Building and nurturing a talent pipeline for technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and architects, will be essential. You will work in tandem with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes, offer insights into market trends, and optimize hiring strategies.Your role will involve ensuring timely and successful closures for technical positions while prioritizing candidate satisfaction. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, represent the company at various networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunities, and maintain candidate databases while providing regular updates to stakeholders.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in technology hiring, preferably within product startup environments.
