Job description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary: $4500 - $5000

Office: Paya Lebar

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for retail frontline and dining service roles.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver timely and effective hiring solutions.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction in the competitive retail and food service sectors.

  • Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and social media hiring campaigns to attract top talent.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.

  • Manage all work pass matters including applications, renewals, and cancellations via relevant portals.

  • Administer job postings across internal systems and external recruitment platforms.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment priorities and provide market insights.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.

Onboarding & Retention Support
  • Oversee a smooth and structured onboarding process (30-60-90 days) to ensure employee engagement and successful integration.

  • Support the offboarding process, including exit interviews and feedback collection to identify retention opportunities.
