About the Team Talent Acquisition Center - Global was established in 2020 and aims to provide strategic recruitment solutions and delivery across the world for different business units, products, and platforms at ByteDance and TikTok sustainably. Our mission is to boost efficiency, enhance globalization, pursue sustainable development, and deliver the best outcomes and solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate closely with the Lead based in Singapore. Strategize and work with the Lead on existing and new client relationships, including HRBPs/TAs and Hiring Managers/Business Leaders requiring recruitment solutions.
  2. Develop subject matter expertise. Deliver search/sourcing strategies, talent mappings, insights, and cultivate strong talent pools for current and future engagements.
  3. Partner with global HRBP/TA teams to assess talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans aligned with business timelines, focusing on professional and senior-level hires.
  4. Screen and select both technical and non-technical talent effectively by assessing their experience and cultural fit.
  5. Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for candidates from application to offer, including evaluating skills, driving interviews, and managing offers with the Lead. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies and collaborative hiring processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management; technical or technology recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good data management and analysis skills.
  • Ability to implement hiring metrics to improve efficiency and communicate with stakeholders via data reports.
  • Ownership of client deliverables and recruitment processes.
