An international luxury retail company in Singapore seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover) to enhance recruitment processes and build talent pipelines. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a retail/luxury environment, and possess strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively. This role offers exposure to a vibrant international environment with opportunities for employer brand strategy.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover) will identify, engage, and build a pipeline of external candidates for various roles in the organization. You will work closely with the Maisons and Richemont Regional Functions as a strategic business partner to drive recruitment process that will encompass all channels of sourcing to provide the best talents in the market.
Ensure success by providing the best office and retail talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs, while nurturing your pipeline for long term success.
Bring value in terms of strategic partnership with the business by providing market and talent insights to Hiring Managers and HR community.
As an internal sourcing expert, you will oversee pro-active searching in our database and via external channels for talents of diverse backgrounds that will enrich our organization.
Be the ambassador and deliver impactful Richemont message to attract, connect and engage with candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout their journey.
Actively share exceptional talent within the TA community globally, while maintaining accurate candidate info in our ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter.
Use TA systems and tools diligently and responsibly to ensure healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency.
Support the execution of Employer Branding Activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization; Retail/Luxury experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge and experience in local practices and policies in Southeast Asia
Flexibility/Adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage with key stakeholders and top candidates
Can navigate and master the various online and offline sourcing channels
Exposure to a vibrant, international luxury retail environment.
Regional experience across dynamic markets.
