A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a senior recruitment professional to manage recruitment processes within the Electronics and Semiconductors industry. The role focuses on candidate pipeline development across Singapore and South-East Asia, necessitating strong networking skills and relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical and Electronics along with extensive experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
· Managing of Recruitment platforms, channels and development of Talent network.
· Talent Pool and Market sensing in Singapore and South-East Asia region to buildup candidate pipeline
· Marketing Sensing and benchmark within the Electronics and Semiconductors Industry
· Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and professional events.
· Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens, and potentially in-person interviews coordination with overseas stakeholders
· Managing the interview process, scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers (both locally and overseas).
Requirements:
· A Degree in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent is preferred.
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience working in Singapore.
· Good Communication skills and networking capabilities.
· Ability to converse in Korean will be an added advantage as this role requires close collaboration with different stakeholders based in Korea.
