Job scope:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies.
  • Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, P&C Business Partner’s, vendors, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent process and results.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent.
  • Develop and execute talent sourcing plans
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts.
  • Review employment application and background check reports. Maintain accurate documentation on all stages of the hiring process.
  • Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system.
  • Other responsibilities as per Company assigned.
