About the Role

Human capital is the foundation of business success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of connecting top talent with high-growth opportunities in the technology sector. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career, looking to gain deep industry exposure and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, networking) for entry-level tech roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, and feedback loop.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
  • Ensure alignment with hiring objectives, timelines, and compliance with employment regulations in Singapore.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to refine hiring requirements and improve process efficiency.
  • Support employer branding efforts and enhance candidate experience through proactive engagement and communication.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and developments in the tech recruitment landscape.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in an agency or in-house recruitment setting, preferably supporting tech/IT roles.
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM guidelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to listen, clarify, and convey information effectively.
  • Proven problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
