Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, networking) for entry-level tech roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, and feedback loop.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
- Ensure alignment with hiring objectives, timelines, and compliance with employment regulations in Singapore.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to refine hiring requirements and improve process efficiency.
- Support employer branding efforts and enhance candidate experience through proactive engagement and communication.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and developments in the tech recruitment landscape.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an agency or in-house recruitment setting, preferably supporting tech/IT roles.
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to listen, clarify, and convey information effectively.
- Proven problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
