A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with internal stakeholders and develop talent sourcing strategies. This role requires a minimum degree, preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, and proficiency in MS Office. - Partner with internal stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, P&C Business Partner’s, vendors, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent process and results.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity.
- Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent.
- Develop and execute talent sourcing plans
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts.
- Review employment application and background check reports. Maintain accurate documentation on all stages of the hiring process.
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system.
- Other responsibilities as per Company assigned.
