Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Managers and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Lead high-volume hiring initiatives with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using various sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, networking, referrals, social media).
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment, preferably with exposure to high-volume hiring in the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
