Job description

We are looking for a proactive and globally minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles across product, engineering, operations, and more. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to build diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced Web3 environment, while ensuring hiring practices comply with relevant local employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles across technical, business, and support functions.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across key regions (e.g., Asia, North America, Europe).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
  • Ensure hiring processes align with applicable labour laws and fair hiring standards across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track hiring metrics to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding efforts relevant to the Web3 space.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and team integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in global or regional talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of international hiring practices and basic employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience recruiting for fast-scaling tech or Web3 organizations preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and ATS systems.
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a remote, cross-cultural, fast-changing environment.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience hiring for blockchain, crypto, or fintech companies.
  • Understanding of global talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
