DESIGNATION : Talent Acquisition Specialist (7 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Talent Acquisition Executive (Maternity Cover) will support and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and select candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The incumbent will also help build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the TA Partner, HR Account Manager/HR Partner, and hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs with a stronger focus in technology and engineering functions but not limited to.
  • Post job advertisements to attract active talent and proactively source for passive candidates through professional networks, job platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with the relevant technical skillsets and qualifications; coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and TA interviewers, either virtually or in person.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team on assessment tools or technical evaluations required for technology and engineering roles.
  • Prepare salary proposals for selected candidates, taking into consideration internal parity and market competitiveness, coordinate offer issuance and onboarding with the Onboarding team.
  • Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, search firms, educational institutions, and government agencies to supplement internal sourcing efforts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to recruitment systems and records for reporting and analysis.
  • Support and participate in TA-related initiatives, employer branding activities, and career events targeted at tech and engineering talent.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 2 year of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Candidates without the required academic qualifications should have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with ATS and various job platforms.
