Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain talent in alignment with customers and business objectives.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job scopes, and craft accurate job descriptions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.

  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

  • Prepare employment contracts and offer letters, coordinate background checks in compliance with local regulations as needed.

  • Use recruitment data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, pipeline quality, and time-to-fill.

  • Ensure timely, consistent, and welcoming onboarding experiences that support smooth integration and positive employee engagement from day one.

  • Administer employees who are on secondments or any other employment schemes.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

  • At least 1-3 years HR experience with at least 1 years of recruitment experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in HR processes.

  • Good knowledge in Singapore and Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good initiative and able to work independently.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
