Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain talent in alignment with customers and business objectives.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job scopes, and craft accurate job descriptions
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
Prepare employment contracts and offer letters, coordinate background checks in compliance with local regulations as needed.
Use recruitment data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, pipeline quality, and time-to-fill.
Ensure timely, consistent, and welcoming onboarding experiences that support smooth integration and positive employee engagement from day one.
Administer employees who are on secondments or any other employment schemes.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1-3 years HR experience with at least 1 years of recruitment experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in HR processes.
Good knowledge in Singapore and Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good initiative and able to work independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
