Job description

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Info Tech Systems Ltd. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and taking end-to-end ownership of our hiring processes. You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring we attract top candidates aligned with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source active and passive candidates using various platforms and methods.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction.
  • Support HR functions related to recruitment such as onboarding coordination, recruitment analytics/reporting, and TA-related projects.

Role Split:

  • 70% – Recruitment activities
  • 30% – General HR support within TA scope

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Candidates from recruitment agencies who are keen to transition in-house are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders across various departments.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about recruitment and people.
