A leading recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the entire recruitment process. The role involves building client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and providing consultative support. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business, along with strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, profiling, interviewing, offer acceptance, and talent management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Liaise closely with clients, providing consultative support, coordinating interviews, delivering feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Confident, driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
A team player who can also work independently.
Prior experience in a target-driven or sales environment is a plus.
