• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, profiling, interviewing, offer acceptance, and talent management.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand their hiring needs and company culture.

• Liaise closely with clients, providing consultative support, coordinating interviews, delivering feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Confident, driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.

• A team player who can also work independently.

• Prior experience in a target-driven or sales environment is a plus.
