A leading IT recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to work closely with Business Managers and enhance recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Understand technical client requirements through collaboration.
- Source and screen candidates via multiple recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for IT roles.
- Conduct initial screenings for candidate assessment.
- Act as the main contact for candidates during recruitment.
- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews.
- Participate in team meetings for recruitment updates.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Managers to understand specific technical client requirements.
- Proactively source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future IT positions.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and compatibility with the organization's requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the recruitment journey.
- Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates post-interview.
- Work on recruiting needs by attentively participating in team meetings, picking up changes (when applicable) from Business Managers.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth regional recruitment operations.
Specific Qualificatons:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build professional relationships with Candidates, Consultants & Business Managers.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Analytical skills needed, with a strong results-driven mindset.
- Able to work under pressure within in a fast-paced environment.
