The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining recruitment workflows, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's team.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews, tracking recruitment metrics, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support market mapping and talent mapping activities to identify key talent pools and provide data-driven insights for hiring strategies
  • Develop and maintain recruitment workflows and documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers
  • Handle candidate inquiries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Monitor the progress of open roles, ensuring alignment with forecasted headcount requirements and timelines
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and fulfillment status
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local labor laws
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and manage recruitment-related documentation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to facilitate recruitment activities

What You Bring

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist brings a wealth of experience in recruitment operations or HR-related roles.

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles
