Job summary

A leading market expansion services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional focused on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant HR experience, demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools, and possess strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include engaging with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and developing employer branding strategies. The role requires familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience hiring rank and file profiles in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Engage hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Source candidates and build candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct phone interviews and other recruitment processes.
  • Develop employer branding strategies aligned with values.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and events.

Job description

We will be shifting to North East in December 2025/January 2026.

This candidate must be comfortable with being located in Jalan Buroh (West) until we shift.

There is 2 way transport located at various MRT stations island-wide for the commute to Jalan Buroh.

Talent Acquisition

  • Engage hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and requirements
  • Recommend right sourcing channels for different job functions and levels
  • Actively source for candidates and be resourceful and creative with sourcing techniques
  • Build a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired roles
  • Share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct phone interviews, reference checks and other recruitment processes
  • Work closely with candidate and internal stakeholders for new hire onboarding
  • Preparation of onboarding documents and materials
  • Where necessary, engage recruitment agencies and drive the partnerships to deliver results
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned


Employer Branding
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with DKSH’s values and EVP.
  • Create engaging content for career pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Promote DKSH’s accolades and success stories to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to showcase employee experiences and workplace culture.
  • Represent DKSH at career fairs, campus events, and industry forums.
  • Monitor brand perception and candidate feedback to continuously improve branding efforts.
  • Participate in Employer branding initiatives such as Great Place to Work, SHRI etc


Job Requirements
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
  • Have experience in a fast paced work environment
  • Must have working experience hiring rank and file profiles in Singapore
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and Recruitment best practices
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
