Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and build pipelines for sourcing talent across various functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and possess excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Job description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for complex searches to find and engage talents of all levels.
  • Conduct screening calls for suitable talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment.
  • Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g. supporting market research and talent mapping initiatives).
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate the company as a great place to work for all candidates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/recruitment function in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Experience in hiring for legal and compliance, branding and communications, marketing, operations functions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with all levels of stakeholders and communicate effectively.
