Talent Acquisition/Sourcer (Recruitment) - TKX

Job Summary:

• Work Location: Jurong East MRT (walking distance)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Time: 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Salary: Basic + Monthly incentives

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with internal team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through creative outreach methods, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion/interest for recruitment (Mass hirings / Temporary / Contract Placement).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable to work towards monthly hiring KPIs.
• Guidance and support from the team - No prior experience needed.
