RecruitFirst is hiring! On behalf of our client in the Retail and Dining Industry, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for retail frontline and dining service positions.
  2. Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide timely recruitment solutions.
  4. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to boost talent attraction in the competitive retail and food service sectors.
  5. Create compelling job advertisements that reflect the company’s culture and values.
  6. Ensure all hiring processes adhere to MOM regulations and company policies.
  7. Manage all work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  8. Oversee job postings on both internal and external recruitment platforms.
  9. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring efficiency and workforce planning.
  10. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights.
  11. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
  12. Oversee a smooth onboarding process (30-60-90 days) for new hires to enhance retention.
  13. Facilitate the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for retail and/or dining sectors.
  2. Familiarity with MOM employment laws and best hiring practices in Singapore.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
  4. Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification is a plus.
  5. Strong sourcing skills with experience using MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, FastJobs, and other hiring platforms.
  6. Good EQ, professional and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume hiring.
  8. Passion for people and creating a great candidate experience.
