RecruitFirst is hiring! On behalf of our client in the Retail and Dining Industry, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for retail frontline and dining service positions.
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide timely recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to boost talent attraction in the competitive retail and food service sectors.
- Create compelling job advertisements that reflect the company’s culture and values.
- Ensure all hiring processes adhere to MOM regulations and company policies.
- Manage all work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Oversee job postings on both internal and external recruitment platforms.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring efficiency and workforce planning.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
- Oversee a smooth onboarding process (30-60-90 days) for new hires to enhance retention.
- Facilitate the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for retail and/or dining sectors.
- Familiarity with MOM employment laws and best hiring practices in Singapore.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, FastJobs, and other hiring platforms.
- Good EQ, professional and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume hiring.
