RecruitFirst is hiring! On behalf of our client in the Retail and Dining Industry, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for retail frontline and dining service positions.
  • Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide timely recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to boost talent attraction in the competitive retail and food service sectors.
  • Create compelling job advertisements that reflect the company’s culture and values.
  • Ensure all hiring processes adhere to MOM regulations and company policies.
  • Manage all work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Oversee job postings on both internal and external recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring efficiency and workforce planning.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Oversee a smooth onboarding process (30-60-90 days) for new hires to enhance retention.
  • Facilitate the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for retail and/or dining sectors
  • Familiarity with MOM employment laws and best hiring practices in Singapore
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, FastJobs, and other hiring platforms
  • Good EQ, professional and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume hiring
  • Passion for people and creating a great candidate experience
