Job description

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist
    You will be responsible for achieving the recruitment target assigned by the company and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs within the stipulated time frame. Your role will involve identifying specific profiles from ideal companies, establishing contact, engaging, and hiring these profiles through headhunting activities. As part of your responsibilities, you will source potential candidates through various channels such as online company career portals, recruitment agencies, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. You will also be responsible for posting job advertisements on job sites and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates.Maintaining organized databases with candidates" information and conducting interviews using standardized screening techniques will be a crucial part of your job. You will assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates through calls or emails, facilitate pre-interview assessments, and coordinate management interviews.Additionally, you will ensure proper onboarding for new hires, complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, and negotiate terms of hire with potential candidates. Providing feedback to management regarding applicant details and participating in educational opportunities to stay updated with industry trends will also be part of your regular tasks.
