Job Description
  1. Target-based Recruitment: Achieve recruitment targets, liaise with internal departments to determine needs, and fulfill them within stipulated time frames.
  2. Head hunting: Identify specific profiles from ideal companies, establish contact, engage, and hire suitable candidates.
  3. Sourcing: Use online portals, recruitment agencies, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
  4. Job Postings: Post advertisements on job sites and social media platforms.
  5. Database Management: Maintain organized candidate databases.
  6. Interviewing: Screen candidates via calls or emails, facilitate assessments, and coordinate management interviews.
  7. Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper onboarding, complete paperwork promptly, negotiate terms, and provide feedback to management.
  8. Regular Updates: Keep knowledge current through educational opportunities, reading, networking, and professional participation.
