Job summary

Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance and is expanding its APAC GTM recruiting team. We are hiring our first dedicated GTM recruiting hire on the ground in Singapore.

You’ll run GTM recruiting for APAC end-to-end, owning hiring for GTM roles across Singapore, Sydney and Japan, and coordinating interview logistics across time zones with senior stakeholders. You’ll build our APAC presence and refine recruiting best practices tailored to the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably for enterprise software, AI-native or FS organisations.
• Experience hiring in multiple territories in APAC including Japan.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and strong judgment - proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools.
• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders, including cofounder.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll establish what great GTM hiring looks like locally, building our employer brand and presence with candidates in the region, and working closely with global and local teams as we continue to expand our footprint in APAC.

There’s real frontier work here: figuring out what GTM recruiting best practices look like for this market, and helping APAC become a stronger hub for talent as we grow.

What You Will Own

Run GTM recruiting for APAC end-to-end

• Own hiring for GTM roles across Singapore, Sydney and Japan

• Work closely with our leaders to shape hiring priorities as we expand our regional presence

• Establish and refine GTM recruiting best practices tailored to the APAC candidate market

• Help build Rogo's brand and reputation with GTM talent in the region

Own candidate experience

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates

• Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally throughout the process

• Ensure every candidate has a high-quality, thoughtful experience

Drive recruiting operations

• Maintain clean, accurate data in Ashby

• Ensure interview feedback is submitted on time and processes stay on track

• Track candidate progress and next steps with strong attention to detail

Support evaluation and hiring decisions

• Conduct reference checks and synthesise insights for hiring teams

• Occasionally support initial candidate screens when needed

Improve how we hire

• Identify inefficiencies and gaps specific to hiring in the APAC market

• Propose and implement improvements to increase speed and quality

• Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure as the APAC team grows

What You Will Need
