Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Expert at TikTok, you will:

  • Connect deeply with the business to understand growth strategies and talent needs.
  • Serve as the functional sourcing lead, finding the best talent for TikTok and its affiliates.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement recruitment projects.
  • Build talent pipelines for Research & Development and Enterprise Go-to-Market teams across Asia Pacific.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in various geographies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior positions.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and operational excellence in sourcing.
  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition Leaders and understand diverse candidate contexts.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor sourcing team members.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or Human Resources.
  2. Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, employment laws, and salary trends.
  3. Ability to think globally and make decisions under time pressure, with awareness of international recruiting practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong business acumen and understanding of recruitment’s impact on organizational planning.
  2. Experience leading diverse teams.
