About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take the lead in managing recruitment activities in Singapore across corporate and technical functions You’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will also be the main point of contact to lead the ASEAN TA team to align TA Operations and put in place the best TA practices. This role combines operational excellence with strategic influence, including data-driven hiring decisions and employer branding initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with regional stakeholders to align local practices with broader talent strategies.

What we’ll like to see in you

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, covering permanent, contract, and internship roles.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and aspires to be a people manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent engagement, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment metrics, reports, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in employer branding or campus engagement initiatives is a definite plus.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
