We are looking for a TA Partner (12 months contract) to support with hiring.
You will partner with the different stakeholders to meet hiring goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncover the best talent to join Coda Payments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for our functions (ie Commercial, Marketing and others) to support Coda’s growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders; set expectations regarding timelines, job requirements and suggest the most effective strategies to attract candidates.
- Contribute to building a world-class interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Find, engage and attract passive candidates using Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Support continuous project integration globally.
- Contribute to improving our processes, employer brand and overall hiring strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with at least 1 year of in-house experience in a high-growth tech company and recruiting for commercial roles.
- An independent, highly motivated individual who is process-oriented, a quick learner, and resourceful.
- An excellent communicator who can build a strong rapport with diverse candidates and hiring managers while being assertive when needed.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
