Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts across the Asia and Middle East markets.

You will deliver a best-in-class, inclusive experience for both candidates and our client groups, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and diversity.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting multiple countries and business units across the Asia and Middle East region.
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for open positions (including A&R, Marketing, Creative, Digital and Corporate Functions) and through regular and clear communication, keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and champion diversity and inclusion in everything that you do.
  • Build networks and relationships with top talent across the region, both in the music industry and beyond.
  • Guide, advise, and support our client groups with all aspects of recruitment.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to develop creative solutions to enhance the Sony Music employer brand across Asia and Middle East.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Talent Acquisition professional with proven success in delivering high quality and efficient recruitment solutions in a growth environment.
  • Have expert knowledge and experience in full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, negotiating and relationship management.
  • Experienced in recruiting across multiple markets in Asia, including Greater China and South Korea, preferably within a creative, digital or technology multinational organization.
  • Passionate about music and entertainment and excited to play your part in building high performance team that are shaping our industry.
  • Tuned in to popular culture, the music, entertainment, and tech business landscape as well as the key trends and topics within the world of HR and recruitment.
  • ATS super user with a structured and methodical approach to recruitment.
  • A great communicator with a track record of building impactful relationships with people at all levels of an organization.
  • You take ownership to deliver for your client groups and candidates, focused on making an impact and bring energy that inspires and motivates those around you.
  • Fluent in English and ideally proficient in Mandarin or Korean.
