Job summary

A leading fintech company in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead the recruitment process across Trading, Operations, Marketing, and Technical functions. You will engage with top talent through innovative sourcing methods and collaborate with hiring managers on defining job scopes. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within fintech, and is fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Cex, Dex, prop trading, or fintech sectors.
  • Proven ability to source candidates via non-traditional channels.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across Trading, Operations, Marketing, and Technical functions.
  • Identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing across LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, trading forums, and the other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job scopes, refine requirements, and build structured, fair, and efficient interview processes.
  • Develop compelling job postings and outreach content that reflect our employer value proposition and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a professional, positive experience at every stage.
  • Maintain and grow candidate pipelines for niche and high-impact roles to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed on market and talent trends within the fintech, trading, and blockchain ecosystems to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Track and report recruitment progress (e.g., pipeline status, key metrics) to ensure alignment with hiring goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within Cex, Dex, prop trading, or fintech sectors.
  • Proven ability to source and engage candidates through non-traditional channels (e.g., Discord, Reddit, community platforms).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, agile mindset, comfortable working in a fast-scaling and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred; proficiency in English required for cross-regional collaboration.
