An established estate and property management company is seeking suitable candidates to join the growing team as a Talent Acquisition Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress

  • Any ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Some experience with high-volume recruitment

  • Familiarity with labour laws and regulations

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
