Job Details:

  • Contract: 6 months

  • UP$3200

  • Location : East (nearest MRT Tanah Merah)

  • 6 months to commence in Early Aug 2025 (Maternity Cover)

Job Scope:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end mass hiring recruitment activities which includes selection of candidates, offer and documentation.

  • Enable timely recruitment through setup and management of hiring schedule vis a vis target onboarding requirement.

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing activities for the attraction of applicants.

  • Guide and manage outsourced support staff on execution of select recruitment activities.

  • Management, execution and facilitation of interview sessions.

  • Utilise Application Tracking System and related applications for management of candidate progress and status.

  • Ensure accuracy of information captured.

  • Ensure timely update to internal stakeholders through regular communication which includes standard update platforms to leadership.

  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support. Ensure compliance with PDPA, legal, safety, and organizational standards.

  • Commercial Recruitment Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities for Commercial department, which includes selection of candidates, offer and documentation.

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing activities for the attraction of applicants.

  • Facilitation and execution of interview sessions.

  • Utilise Application Tracking System and related applications for management of candidate progress and status.

  • Ensure accuracy of information captured.

  • Ensure timely update to internal stakeholders through regular communication.

  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support.

  • Ensure compliance with PDPA, legal, safety, and organizational standards.
