Talent Acquisition Manager, Early Careers
Job SummaryOur vision is to disrupt the organisation by attracting, developing, and deploying diverse early careers talent into areas of strategic importance.This role is responsible to deliver and manage early careers programmes (including but not limited to the graduate programme and local programmes) within a specific market / business unit. The Programme Manager develops and retains talent at the early stages of their careers, ensuring an enriching and valuable experience for programme participants. Influences and manages key stakeholder relationships to ensure local/ business needs are met within the overall global framework.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Strategy Implements and delivers new initiatives and enhancements to a cohort of programme participants either BU/ market aligned Supporting the Global Programmes Lead in the design and execution of the global EC Programme, meeting the changing needs of the organization and the participantsProgramme Design & Management Lead design of programmatic elements to be then rolled out across markets. Implements the end-to-end delivery of programmes to cohort of participants in specific BU/market. Day to day support of programme participants, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for participants within specific BU/market, throughout the programme duration Executes keep warm strategy and other engagement strategy for programme participants within a specific BU/market Coordinates with Business reps, internal stakeholders and external vendors to provide necessary resources, support, and training to programme participants Prepare and distribute programme materials and communication to participants and stakeholders Plans and coordinates programme activities, including orientations, trainings, rotations, and events Schedules training sessions, workshops, mentoring, and networking opportunities for programme participants Delivers learning materials and resources to participants, ensuring timely and accessible access Provide insights and recommendations for improvements by collecting and compiling participant feedback on learning initiativesStakeholder Management Collaborates with Business reps to facilitate and deliver Early Careers programmes in line with bank wide talent strategy Engage with external partners, including industry associations, and alumni networks, to improve the reputation and effectiveness of the Early Careers programmes Foster relationships with key stakeholders for mentorship, and progression opportunities for programme participants & alumni Fosters relationships with key contacts and can adjust communication style to audience Maintains client focus, whilst positioning self as a partner and trusted adviser Displays commercial sense in exchangesPerformance Evaluation Track participant role performance, collect feedback, and analyse data to continuously improve the programs Prepare regular MI reports and presentations for leadership team/ stakeholdersIndustry And Market Awareness Keeping up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the market Provides industry research and feedback to supports the implementation of new initiativesData Analyses and disseminate metrics to engage with key stakeholders throughout cycle to improve cohort performance and the brand reputation of the Early Careers team Uses data to determine & communicate priorities Understands key competitor intel and where we differ from these standard practices, suggesting possible improvementsDiversity Equity And Inclusion Foster a diverse and inclusive environment within the early careers programmes, ensuring equal opportunities and representation for participants from all backgrounds Able to advocate for these initiatives and lead in ideation and delivery of key programmesBranding Collaborates with the Programmes Lead and the Employer Branding Lead to understand our employer brand values, messaging and positioning Assist in creating a positive and immersive experience for participants throughout their journey on the programme and beyond, allowing participants to actively engage with our employer brandCompliance & Governance Understands and models to others the importance of compliance protocols and actively seeks to clarify and educate the team for key processes and timelinesRisk Management Ensure effective first line identification, management, monitoring and reporting of risks is undertaken in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) in a way that is consistent with the authority and responsibilities of the role Effective management of operational risks and compliance with all applicable internal policies, external laws and regulationRegulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.
