Une entreprise leader dans l'assemblage et le test recherche un Talent Acquisition Manager pour diriger les initiatives de recrutement et de marque employeur. Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expérience en recrutement avec au moins 3 ans en gestion. Cette fonction stratégique permettra de collaborer étroitement avec les dirigeants pour définir les besoins en ressources humaines et assurer une conformité réglementaire stricte.
Responsibilities;
1. Sourcing & Selection
Execute recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives in alignment with UTAC’s EVP.
Collaborate with business leaders to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
Develop talent pipelines and manage relationships with recruitment partners and institutions.
Provide market insights and expert advice on talent acquisition best practices.
Implement and recommend assessment tools for fair and effective candidate selection.
2. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Translate talent acquisition strategy into actionable plans.
Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to ensure high performance and capability.
Manage team resources, performance reviews, and training plans.
Monitor function activities and ensure cost-effective hiring.
3. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
Align recruitment activities with HR strategy and business goals.
Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and skills forecasting.
Analyze manpower costs and manage hiring budgets.
4. Compliance & Policy Advisory
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and relevant standards (e.g. RBA, ISO).
Advise stakeholders on employment legislation and policy updates.
Review HR processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements;
Degree in HR or related field
Min 8 years of TA or HR generalist experience of which at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
