Make an Impact by
- Serving as the internal Talent Advisor for hiring needs while directly recruiting for key technology roles.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including contact with hiring leaders, screening & selection, interviews (in-person, phone, and video), offer proposals, and candidate follow-up & feedback.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to improve talent acquisition processes, especially for high-demand roles like software engineers.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define effective sourcing strategies based on role and business needs, and managing expectations of hiring leaders and candidates.
- Driving strategies for direct sourcing, employee referrals, and internal mobility.
- Understanding business complexities to implement sourcing strategies for niche roles and continuously improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Skills for Success
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technology Recruiter. Experience in recruitment agencies with a focus on Tech Recruiting is advantageous.
- IHRP certification is a plus.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and collaboration with leaders across functions.
- Ability to develop and execute recruitment plans using innovative channels.
- Strong process management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to promote and foster a high-performance culture.
