Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Team in Singapore. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be primarily responsible for achieving staffing targets for various locations by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and coordinating on boarding.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive applicant experience regardless of whether or not the applicant joins the organization
  • Partner with business leadership and HR to provide recruitment strategy and support in line with departmental and organizational objectives
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Develop effective and cost efficient recruitment strategies to support, resolve and fulfil department / business resourcing needs and provide solutions to skill shortages by creating action plans
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selection activities, both internally and externally, from initial notification of the vacancy to the time the candidate joins the company
Skills / Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ of full cycle recruiting experience within a global company
  • Prior track record of excellent customer service and strong teamwork with the ability of working autonomously
  • Confident recruiter with proven interpersonal and communication skills, which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business
  • Proven capability of managing workload in a high-paced environment
  • Demonstrated effective networking skills and direct sourcing strategies and experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
