Job description

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across Singapore/US/emerging new markets. This role is perfect for a self-starter with experience in Pre-IPO firms or fast-paced technology companies who thrives on building scalable hiring strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build best-practice recruitment processes tailored to target markets, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle – from workforce planning, sourcing, and assessment to offer management and onboarding – delivering quality hires on time.
  • Leverage and optimize hiring channels including social media (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and talent communities.
  • Design and deliver hiring-manager training to improve interview quality, selection decisions, and candidate experience.
  • Conduct talent mapping to identify current and future talent pools, enabling proactive hiring strategies in key markets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, ideally within fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Prior experience in Pre-IPO firms or high-growth technology companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital recruiting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach hiring managers.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
