Talent Acquisition Lead – Asia in Singapore at Logicalis

As a Talent Acquisition Lead for Logicalis Asia, you will need to understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy. You will work closely with the HRBPs and hiring managers in Asia to identify and fill talent gaps, define and execute recruitment strategy to build talent pipelines and attract the best talent to develop high performing team. You strive to perform in fast paced environment and value a fun and positive teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with management team to coach and support hiring managers on recruitment and selection of talents to develop a high performing team.
- Develop and execute recruiting plan to implement targeted sourcing. End to end recruitment of top talent, working with key stakeholders to deliver timely recruitment solution.
- Manage the development of Internship/ Graduate program in Asia.
- Develop and promote Logicalis Asia employer branding to attract talent. Build pipeline and network of candidates through creative sourcing methods.
- Drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events and actively promoting our employee value proposition.
- Ensure effective talent acquisition process, tools and systems (Workday) are implemented. Utilize recruitment technology systems, process enhancements and analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding initiatives, with recognised degree/ diploma from a reputable education institution.
- Volume hiring as well as niche skill hiring ideally in technology.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the successful delivery of TA projects.
- Proficient and creative in use of social media & job boards in recruiting, sourcing & employer branding to build talent pipeline in organisation.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems (e.g. Workday).
- Able to engage and influence stakeholders and peers.
- Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
