Job description

Our client is a leading player in construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area – easily accessible.



Duties of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, and reference checks.
  • Partner with business units on manpower planning, hiring budgets, and workforce needs.
  • Oversee onboarding activities such as appointment letters, work pass applications, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Handle employee lifecycle matters including leave, benefits, performance appraisals, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and compliant manner.
  • Lead recruitment drives such as campus hiring and career fairs.
  • Review and implement HR processes and policies aligned with local employment regulations.
  • Participate in government surveys and HR audits when required.
  • Support continuous improvement in HR operations and drive best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related
  • 3 years experience of relevant experience
