Job description

    As the Talent Acquisition Head in our BPO sector, your role will be crucial in identifying and addressing employee needs. You will be responsible for developing effective talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding activities and employee referral programs. Utilizing HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools, you will source and assess candidates for open positions, analyzing hiring needs and forecasting employee requirements.Your responsibilities will also include designing and conducting selection processes, reviewing applications and background checks, and identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process. Creating and implementing employee satisfaction evaluations, workshops, and retention measures will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will lead and supervise the recruiting team, utilizing various sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles and attending relevant events to attract talent.To excel in this position, you must have prior experience in BPO or bulk hiring, with at least 8 years in a TA Manager or similar HR role. A strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, and selection methods is essential. Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Recruitment Marketing tools, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be critical for success.
