About the role

Sheffield Employment Agency Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and talented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. This full-time role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients across a wide range of industries.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking

• Screen and evaluate candidate applications to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best candidates for our clients' roles

• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding successful candidates

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

What we're looking for

• Holder of CEI certificate a must.

• 2-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results

• Familiarity with recruiting and applicant tracking software

• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
