Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Act as the key liaison between hiring managers/stakeholders and candidates to ensure alignment on role requirements and expectations
  • Specialise in engineering and technical roles, with strong understanding of relevant skills, qualifications, and hiring challenges
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal portals)
  • Collaborate closely with client-side HR teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs
  • Provide timely and accurate recruitment reports, including weekly and monthly dashboards, pipeline updates, and hiring numbers
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of outcome

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency setting
  • Must have knowledge on employment laws, fair hiring practices, and data privacy regulations
  • Proven track record in hiring for engineering or technical roles across various functions and levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with hiring managers and internal teams
  • Solid understanding of recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other related
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple job requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
