About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle and partnering with stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, to offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand manpower needs and build sustainable talent pipelines
  • Provide advice and recommendations on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Manage pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience
  • Analyse recruitment data and share market insights to support workforce planning
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience (in-house or public sector experience preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
