Job description

Basic information:

• 6 months contract (Renewable or Convertible)

• Salary UP $5000 + Bonus

• Location: Tampines

• Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job scope:

• Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels to meet hiring targets efficiently and on time.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.

• Screen resumes and assess candidate fit through calls and interviews.

• Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and provide regular sourcing updates and reports.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Contribute ideas to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
