A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a 6-month contract, offering a competitive salary of up to SGD 4500. The role involves managing the recruitment process, developing a talent pool, and collaborating with HR and stakeholders. Candidates should possess a diploma/degree in HRM or related fields and have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews
Responsible for reviewing the recruitment strategy, campaigns and achieving the recruitment target and building talent pipelines
Active involvement in career fairs and networking sessions
Liaise with statutory agencies and governing body on the necessary licenses
Work closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers on their recruitment needs
Prepare salary proposal and obtain the required approvals
Update recruitment tracking reports in a timely manner
Continuously develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates
Respond to calls and emails from stakeholders
Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines
Min 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
Able to start ASAP
