JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  1. Prepares and advertises jobs at appropriate employment advertising portals.
  2. Sources and entices candidates using internal databases, social media, and community resources.
  3. Screens qualified candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  4. Makes salary offers and engages in salary negotiations.
  5. Follows through with pre-employment processes such as contract signing and onboarding preparations.
  6. Manages logistics for recruitment activities, including registration with event organizers and preparation of materials (pamphlets, brochures, application forms, presentation materials).
  7. Conducts corporate presentations and career talks at campuses and public events.
  8. Maintains relationships with key suppliers and third-party vendors, including preferred sourcing partners (e.g., search firms, recruitment agencies, business schools).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience or related HR functions.
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral).
  • Experience with screening processes (phone interviews, reference checks).
  • Ability to conduct candidate assessments to determine eligibility.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
