JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Prepares and advertises jobs at appropriate employment advertising portals.
- Sources and entices candidates using internal databases, social media, and community resources.
- Screens qualified candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Makes salary offers and engages in salary negotiations.
- Follows through with pre-employment processes such as contract signing and onboarding preparations.
- Manages logistics for recruitment activities, including registration with event organizers and preparation of materials (pamphlets, brochures, application forms, presentation materials).
- Conducts corporate presentations and career talks at campuses and public events.
- Maintains relationships with key suppliers and third-party vendors, including preferred sourcing partners (e.g., search firms, recruitment agencies, business schools).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience or related HR functions.
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral).
- Experience with screening processes (phone interviews, reference checks).
- Ability to conduct candidate assessments to determine eligibility.
- Excellent communication, planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
- Public speaking skills for career and scholarship talks to diverse audiences.
- 1-year contract, with potential for conversion to permanent based on performance.
