Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and developing top talent to drive the growth and success of our organization. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring smooth onboarding, while also focusing on the continuous training & development of employees in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals with specialized skills in EPC.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various levels of the organization.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including MyCareersFuture (MCF), LinkedIn, and Premium Jobstreet Seek Talent, etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role and ensure alignment with department needs.
Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies to stay updated on market trends and candidate availability.
Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Promote the company’s employer branding through various channels, including LinkedIn etc.
Training & Development
Design, implement, and manage employee training and development programs to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Work closely with leadership to identify training gaps and future workforce needs, ensuring that the organization’s talent pool is aligned with business goals.
Create and maintain a talent development pipeline to identify high-potential employees and support their career development planning.
Coordinate mentoring and coaching programs for employees at all levels, focusing on leadership development and technical expertise in EPC
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and training development (liaising with agencies or in-house), preferably within the EPC, Construction or related industrial sectors.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and in-house built applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Proficient in recruitment, talent assessment, and employee development, with strong industry-specific knowledge and analytical skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings with resilience and adaptability.
Strong communicator with a passion for talent acquisition and training to build high-performing teams.
